"Are you going to implement a total quality management training program in your company? Hi, this is Roger Groh with Groh Asset Management, and today, we're here to talk about what it really means and what the benefits are. What you're doing in total quality management is teaching every employee exactly what's expected of them, whether they're in the sourcing end of things where you're looking for minimum standards for product for source and you're telling your suppliers what's expected of them. If you're on the management side where you're telling your managers how to run their employees and to tell their employees what's expected of them and what they can expect of the management team. If you're running a sales organization, you're talking about how you are going to sell your company to the outside world and to how...how you can explain to your customers what they can expect from you. Last, but not least, it's really meeting those minimum standards, and they are minimums. Can it be helpful for your career? Yes, it can. There are designations in total quality management training that may help you apply for more jobs than you could have before you had it. Is it helpful to a company? Absolutely. Your customers, in the end, will be the beneficiaries. And if they win, you win. I'm Roger Groh of Groh Asset. Thank you very much for spending time with me."
