"As a corporate manager, should you be concerned with employee relations? Hi this is Roger Groh at Groh Asset Management. Well if you're concerned at all with the profitability and output of your business, you better concentrate on it. What does it mean? Well it probably means retaining key employees longer, increasing productivity, weeding out employees who don't fit into that mold and really being comfortable in an environment that helps you manage the people that you want to manage. It also sets the tone for how those employees treat outsiders. Because in the end, it's not only your employees, it's the customers that really matter. Bottom line, employee relationships certainly drive productivity and productivity drives profitability. I'm Roger Groh with Groh Asset Management, thank you very much for spending time with me."
