Have you made the decision to setup a code of ethics in your company? Hi this is Roger Groh at Groh Asset Management. Code of ethics is really the base level from which you want your company to relate to employees, to other businesses, to government agencies, whatever it might be. And it sets minimum standards of behavior between you and the outside world. Things that you can put in there, what's acceptable, what's not, what's demanded from employees, what's demanded from customers and what they can expect of you. Would you like to get more information on this? Well most public companies will have a code of ethics published. It's best to go look at their websites and look at 20 or 30 and you can pick out phrases from their websites which are appropriate for you. I also suggest you pass them by your lawyer as you will probably be held to those code of ethics and if you don't meet them, then there maybe some liability for you. Hope that helps, I'm Roger Groh at Groh Asset, thank you very much for spending time with me.
