"Hi, My name is Mark, and we're going to look at how you can buy business leads. Obviously, it depends on what business you're in, and what kind of leads you're looking for. They will obviously have a value according to the business you're talking about. But, in terms of actually getting numbers of, what we call, live business leads, then you're basically buying databases from an organization. These databases are available online, in Chamber of Commerce, libraries, archives, various institutions and associations. They, they are all selling live databases. What we mean by live, is there are actually existing businesses that contacts are current, and the data you will be buying is very much, you know, the latest, rather than old data. So, this will have a value, because then you'll know the name of the managing director, or the chief executive of that organization and you can get further information, the turnover, the locations, the business they're in, the regularity of their use of the service. You can get a whole load of information. So much so, that when you actually do make contact, it really is just a continuity from the existing service they're already buying. One thing you should consider, though, if you're answering emails, rather than actually mail, is it obvious you need to make sure the database is Spam free protected. So, in other words, when you're sending your emails they're not going to come up as Spam items because, obviously, you will lose your credibility, and any interest from the recipients. So, please be aware of that."
