So if you pull your photo into your computer and you want to resize it for printing the best way to do this is to import it into an editing software such as Photoshop. There are several other types of editing software out there that you can use, just find one that is for photo editing and you'll have different functions within your software that will allow you to crop your pictures and size them for printing. So I'm going to be using Photoshop so let's take a look and give you an idea of how to go ahead and edit your photos for printing. Let's take a look. So what we have here is a picture of the funny monkey and basically what you're going to want to do is put in your dimensions up here and I'm going to make this a 5X7, five inches wide by seven inches high and when you're printing you usually want to have a minimum of 300 DPI or 300 pixels per inch, 300 dots per inch and I actually put this on my crop button right here so that I can go ahead and crop this photo to where I want the photo to be and bam so there is my size now this picture didn't have that much information in it originally so the quality isn't going to be as good as I would like it to be but if you are using a higher mega pixel camera you can go ahead and crop a 5X7 at 300 DPI without any problems whatsoever and create a nice clear 5X7 for photography. So I hope that helps.
