There's no substitute for going there. Hi this is Roger Groh at Groh Asset Management. Today we're here to talk about stock research tools meaning if you're considering buying stock in a company, how can you really find out if that investment is appropriate for you? Well certainly going and meeting the management team is the single best way to go. Now they're not necessarily obligated to meet with you and in fact they may not want to meet with you, but if you can get it done, it would be to your benefit. Another way to do if you really want to meet the management team, wait until they do an offering and as they're doing an offering and they're on the road, on a roadshow, go. Have lunch with them or have breakfast with them and listen to what the management team says. Recently the securities and exchange commission has demanded that all investors receive information simultaneously. So whether you're a big investor or whether you're a small investor, we all have to have access to the same data. The way that many companies choose to do that is through their website and if you go onto their website frequently, there are long discussions that the management team is having on camera about the business and then they archive that for long periods. In addition, there may also be handouts or slides that you can print or look at to determine again if that investment is right for you. Other ways to go, well go to the securities and exchange commission at scc.gov and type in your company's name and see what comes up because most of the data that you and I have access to has gone through the SCC first and it's worth a look at the data that they have given there.
