Hi my name is John Niemira and I wanted to talk to you today about opening a night club. Opening a night club is a very specialized industry and I'm hoping you have some experience in it. Hopefully you have worked in a night club or maybe you have previously owned a night club before. Opening a night club can be logistical. It has complications with the liquor license, the age of the people, the service that you are providing to the community. You want to be careful and do lots of research and know your industry and know your competition. A couple different ways to go about it. Are you going to start a brand new business from the ground up or are you going to buy an existing business with a customer base? Some of my experiences have been better with buying existing businesses. They offer customer base. They offer a set of books. They have existing books. You know what they have done over the length of time. You know what needs improving. That is some of the advantages to it. You want to take a company that has been in business for a while, someone that has proven themselves, someone that has a customer base and has been in that community for a long time, do your research on line, learn about the businesses, learn the values of the businesses and why you really want to get into it. If you need any more information on this subject or any other subject in the business field my e-mail address is jniemira@gmail.com.
