Landscaping business is a specialize business, hopefully you have some experience in the landscaping industry; you, you know what it's all about and who your customer potentially is. Are you going to buy a new business, existing company, a franchise; what kind of business are you going to buy? I have found in my experience, that buying an existing company can sometimes be easier to the new entrepreneur. They have a customer base already, they have a set of books, they have a reputation, they have customers that they are seeing. They know they have a special amount of income already coming in. You can look at the books to see how they've done over the years; if it's something you want to expand on; if it's something you're just going to ads some marketing to or add some new employees and some funding into the company. Develop your business plan; develop where you want to go with this and make sure that you have lots of information on the current industry; you have lots of information on your, your customer base and your competition.
