"Hi, my name is John Niemira and I want to talk to you today very briefly about opening a landscaping business. Landscaping business is a specialize business, hopefully you have some experience in the landscaping industry; you, you know what it's all about and who your customer potentially is. Are you going to buy a new business, existing company, a franchise; what kind of business are you going to buy? I have found in my experience, that buying an existing company can sometimes be easier to the new entrepreneur. They have a customer base already, they have a set of books, they have a reputation, they have customers that they are seeing. They know they have a special amount of income already coming in. You can look at the books to see how they've done over the years; if it's something you want to expand on; if it's something you're just going to ads some marketing to or add some new employees and some funding into the company. Develop your business plan; develop where you want to go with this and make sure that you have lots of information on the current industry; you have lots of information on your, your customer base and your competition. See what they're doing. Understand the industry. If you need anymore information on this subject or any other subject in the business field, my email address is jniemira@gmail.com."
