Hopefully you have some experience in it and you know a little bit about the industry what the people are looking for and what they need. Are you going to provide it to homes, residential homes or are you going to provide to commercial service? It can go both ways or either way. Do some research and see what there are out there for current janitorial companies. Who are they providing to, how long have they been in business? Who are their customer base? What services do they provide and don't provide? What do you plan on doing? Are you going to buy a new business or are you going to buy an existing business? Are you going to start from the ground up and fund the whole business or are you going to buy something that has been there with a reputation with a customer base? Think about that, get on line, search some business brokers. See what's out there in the market, know your market, know your industry. Know your competition most of all and what they do.
