"Hi my name is John Niemira and I wanted to talk to you today about opening your own cleaning business. Hopefully you have a little insider information and have worked in the cleaning industry or you have worked for a cleaning company or you know somebody who has worked for a cleaning company. You want to get the inside track in what they are doing and how they are doing it and how they are providing their service as cleaners to the public and who is their public, who are they trying to address for their business, who do they want for customers? What are the existing cleaning companies doing already out there? You want to find out. You do not want to reinvent the wheel. You want to find out what they're doing, how they are marketing their business and who they are selling their business to in their cleaning services. A couple different ways to advertise you probably want to develop a marketing plan, you probably want to develop a budget before you start a business like this. How much are you going to spend on it, are you going to buy an existing business, are you going to start fresh from the ground up? If you start fresh then you definitely want to have a new marketing plan. You want to see the customers that you are going try to sell to and you want to develop a budget that way. Buy an existing business, they already have a customer base. They already have lots of information. They maybe have a good reputation. That might be a good way to go. Look out there on the market and see what is available to you, see what the competition is like and see who your potential customer base is. If you need any more information on this subject or any other subject in the business field my e-mail address is jniemira@gmail.com."
