"Hi, my name is John Niemira. I wanted to talk to your today, very briefly, about opening a boutique. A boutique is a specialized business. You really need to know what you're doing with a boutique, to be successful with it. To be successful in any company, you need to know the business. Well, that would be my first suggestion. Learn the company, learn the business. Go out and see existing boutiques. Learn online, what are they doing? what are they selling? what's making them profitable and successful? Most of it is, because they have insider knowledge, they know what's going on with the company, and the business, and they know how to provide that service to a customer. Secondly, is find existing ones that are out there that are doing well. Use their ideas, do not reinvent the wheel. Use what's existing out there for information, for a customer base, and for existing companies. The boutique business is a unique business, so having the insider information, knowing what services are out there, who are you going to provide those services to? and how are you going to reach a customer? is the most important thing. If you need anymore information, on this subject or any other subject in the business field, my email address is jniemira@gmail.com."
