Hi there. My name is Isabelle. I am a nutrition consultant in the Tampa Bay area, and today we are going to learn about cleansing diet drinks. If this is something you've had in mind or heard about, we're going to learn about it today. There's a lot of pollutants in the air and also in the food that we eat, especially if you don't eat organic fruits and vegetables and meats, there will be a lot of pesticide residue in the food that you eat so it is a good idea to do some cleansing from time to time. And basically the diet cleansing drinks that you would do, you would use raw fruit and vegetables. And in front of me here I have a whole selection of different things. The best thing to do is probably smoothing the fruits and vegetables in the blender. You have a thick smoothie, or if you want it thinner you can add lots of water. The more colors you have, the better it is. A good combination could be carrots and apple, and apples and celery, they mix very well together. So mix raw fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water and that is pretty much what would take care of your cleansing diet drinks. I hope you learned something today.
