Hi, my name is Isabelle, I am a nutrition and wellness consultant in the Tampa Bay area. As you probably know, heart disease is a serious problem in North America. But, I've got good news for you. You can prevent that by the way you eat and drink. So today we're going to learn what is artery cleansing diet. Number one thing to keep in mind, eat lots of fruits, lots of vegetables, lots of colors, think rainbow. In front of me here I have the whole palette representing, we've go the purples, the greens, the yellows, the orange, the red, you name it. The more colors on your plate, the better off you'll be. One best friend for you in terms of cleaning your arteries is garlic, a couple of times a week will help. For those if you who can not digest garlic, there is hope. There is a supplement that exists that is called Mega Garlic Plus that is distributed by Herbalite. And if you'd like I can hook you up and send some to you right to your home. I take it because personally I cannot digest garlic. Another supplement you can take is omega three fatty acids which are very very good for artery cleansing. Any cold water fish like salmon, halibut, sardines, would be very good to provide omega three fatty acids in your diet. So would highly recommend that you have some of that. You will want to stay away from trans fats which are the bad fats. Anything on the label that reads hydrogenated oil, stay away, do not buy do not eat, bad, bad, bad. So stay away from that, stay away from the fried foods. One last thing to think about is drink lots of water. Ideally you want to be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water per day. That is ideal. Water helps cleanse the system. And that is pretty much it. So today we learned what artery cleansing diet is. I'm Isabelle, I'm your nutrition in your Tampa Bay area and I hope you learned something new today.
