"Hi there, my name is Isabelle. I am a Nutrition Consultant in the Tampa Bay area and today we're going to learn about foods to help cleanse the liver. I actually have a bunch of them in front of me right here. Fruits and vegetables are absolutely your best bet. Always think rainbow, always think colors. There's few of them that are actually really, really helpful especially for the liver. And we're going to start right here in front of me with some walnuts. Walnuts have the good fats in them and will help process any type of the other food through the liver. We need good fats in our bodies. And other good ingredient is eggs. I personally recommend and buy free range organic eggs because they are much softer on the system because they are not full of pesticides. So that's what I would recommend. Broccoli of course; you know, best friends for the liver; mushrooms as well. It is best to eat in raw; but you can also steam them. The best way to steam your vegetables is to have your steamers and you would boil your water first and then in the little basket, put your veggies for four minutes; no more. They will be just a tot crunchy still and all the ingredients, minerals, vitamins and fiber will remain. If you do longer than that, everything is going to drop in the water, you might as well drink the water because that's where the nutrients are. Sprats, very very good for the liver; cucumbers; garlic; tomatoes; carrots. So those are a few that can help you cleanse the liver. And that is as simple as that. I hope you learn something new today. I'm Isabelle and I look forward to speaking with you really soon. Take care."
