"Hi everyone. My name is Isabelle. I am a wellness consultant in the Tampa Bay area. Today we're going to learn about some anti-anxiety herbal remedies. If you're like many people, you probably have a lot of stressors going on in your life and so we're going to learn a couple of tricks to help you cope with what's going on. Remember to breathe as breathing will naturally release some oxygen in your bloodstream and, therefore, will help you relax. One thing that I really, really love to use is Chamomile. Chamomile is very soothing and you find it just about in any supermarket in form of a tea. You also find it in form of essential oils. A lot of times, I have a little jar here, a lot of times you have it to be mixed with another herb called Ashwaganda. Here, it smells really good. There is actually also lavender mixed in this and it's not something that you would eat. What you would use is some hand lotion or massage lotion. Just about this much and then you would put just a drop of the mix of the three herbs that I mentioned earlier. There you go. Then rub it together. Essential oils you never, ever, ever want to use it pure on your skin as it can burn. You would just put some in your hands and rub your hands. It smells so good; just the scent of it will help relax. It smells awesome. It is okay to give massages with this type of lotion all over the body. But let's say you're at work. You can just put some on your hands and some here on your temples. It will help relax. Also here, right behind the ears and also right in the very back of your neck as those are commonly the pressure points that when you squeeze them they can help release stress. Those three herbs, Chamomille, Lavender, and Ashawaganda all mixed together are an excellent remedy to release stress and be your anti-anxiety best friend. So, I hope you learned something today. I'm Isabelle, your wellness consultant and I look forward to speaking with you. Take care."
