Hi. My name is Isabelle. I am a nutrition consultant and today we are going to learn about the lemon cayenne pepper cleanse. You're going to need three ingredients for this one. Actually four, sorry. You are going to need a lemon, which you will squeeze in about a cup of water this size. And then, once you have done that, you will use two tablespoons of the 100% pure maple syrup that you will put in the water. It is absolutely crucial that you use 100% pure maple syrup and nothing else. Do not buy stuff that contains corn syrup as it will not work as a cleanser. Alright? So, lemon, water, maple syrup (100% pure), and your last little ingredient is just a pinch of cayenne pepper that you will drop in your concoction here. And you can make them in advance, like a whole bottle, or just I prefer doing them as I go. And drink, you just want to mix everything very well and then drink that throughout the day and that is all you will have for one day. I would not recommend that you do this type of cleansing for any longer than one day. One day should be plenty. So lemon, water, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup are your four ingredients.
