Hi everyone, my name is Isabelle. I'm a nutrition and wellness consultant in the Tampa Bay area and today we're going to learn about the benefit of apple cider vinegar. There's lots of them. The main thing is to get good apple cider vinegar. You want to get the unfiltered kind. It has more powerful antioxidants and more properties than any other kind of regular apple cider vinegar that you would find, so unfiltered apple cider vinegar. And the most obvious use would be for a salad dressing of course. A lot of people who have also used apple cider vinegar for weight loss purposes. And what you would use is just mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with about this much of water and drink it. You can mix several concoctions throughout the day and drink it very slowly. The same type of mix that would be a little more potent would be one part of apple cider vinegar and two to three parts of water. And you would mix together and you can actually use for a toner. You would just pour a little bit on a cotton pad and use on your face and your neck as a toner, very very good for the skin believe it or not. Also, something that you may not think of in the same way is let's say you've been outside and you're sunburned. You can utilize one part vinegar, two parts water on any area where the skin is burned by the sun. That will help with the pain, first of all but it will also will help prevent the skin from peeling off. You know it's great to have a little bit of sun on the skin but sunburns are really not good and then you know, you can just peel off the skin. So if you want to prevent that and help out, that would be something that you can use for that. Last thing that it's great for, if you know anybody with dandruff or lice, you can shampoo and you rinse off with apple cider vinegar. Both of them which are fungus do not like the smell of that vinegar. So if you have any of those, you can shampoo and rinse with apple cider vinegar. And those are just a few things on how to use apple cider vinegar and the benefits of using it. I hope you learned something new today. I'm Isabelle and I look forward to speaking with you soon, take care.
