Hey my name is Shaun and I am here at the Wilmington Boxing and Fitness Center. Today I am going to talk to you about fast muscle building work outs for teens without supplements. There are many types of exercises that you can do like tire flips, push press, power clings, but this one here is the chest press using dumb bells and what you are going to want to do for someone, for teens starting out get your dumb bells that you are comfortable with. You want to start out doing maybe eight to ten repetitions of that. So you want to grab your dumb bells, lean back, feet flat on the bench so the hands are up, make them 90 degrees, make the shape of a U and you are going to press up then you are going to come up. Now with doing the exercise because you have dumb bells in your hand, you want to use slow controlled motions because using the dumb bells that's going to work both arms at the same time and it's going to isolate those muscles.
