Hello my name is Shaun and I'm here today to talk to you about the definition of a balanced body. What a balanced body consists of is your exercise, nutrition, mental health, spiritual health and emotions and for most people you may not feel like wanting to come in to work out. You may have a long day at work or you may have things going on at home with your family and things and all that plays a role in your health and working out and exercise so you need to stay motivated and just find some way to push yourself and say you know what I want this type of body, I want to live a healthier life and what I like to tell people is maybe put up pictures of people that you want to try to be like and try to be and say you know what, I want to be like him or her. That will help you push yourself and to get in the gym and work out every day. So for your mental health and spiritual health, whatever you believe in or your religion is, practice it and study it and you know just believe in it. That's the definition of a balanced body.
