"Hey, my name is Shaun and I'm here at the Wilmington Boxing And Fitness Center. And I'm here today to talk to you about how to do the Hindu push ups. This push up is a yoga style type of push up and it's a more advanced type push up also. And when doing this push up, it's not like your normal push up where you're going shoulder width apart; going straight down with your back straight. This push up you're going to want to be in your downward dog face, like in yoga; you want your hands out front in you a little bit and when you go down, you want your head down and you want to go down and you want to come up like a cobra. And you want to go back down and so forth. And in doing that type of push up, you are strengthening your back, your arms, shoulders, triceps and your chest. That's how you do the Hindu push up."
