"Hello. I'm Dr. Loretta Ciraldo. Board certified dermatologist, and author of "Six Weeks to Sensational Skin." This clip is about how to lighten your entire body's complexion. Basically, this is a good point to remember. So many of us do think about skin lightening measures, or preventative measures from staining our skin of our face. But often times, we forget about the skin of our hands, our legs, our arms. So, the best advice to give you, is that if you want to be sure to maintain a lighter or brighter skin complexion, than please do use sunscreen in the areas of your body that are exposed to the sun. Many people don't realize that when you're driving your car, the ultra-violet A, which is a skin darkening ray, comes right through our window glass so that over time, your hands can start to have age spots if you are not protecting yourself by using sunscreen on your hands and your legs. Another thing that's helpful for skin lightening is use of moisturizers. So that your complexion does not look ashy on your extremities. This is Dr. Loretta Ciraldo in Miami."
