Hi, this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution Incorporated in South Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about what can you eat on the South Beach Diet. And so this is The South Beach Diet, the book, and it's actually quite a nice diet. There's a lot of foods that you can eat on the South Beach Diet. One of those foods are things like eggs. You can eat other protein foods like chicken, fish, lean cuts of beef, even. You can eat fruits -- low-sugar fruits, in particular, are better. Vegetables -- pretty much all of your vegetables. Small portions of your starchy whole grain foods are okay on the South Beach Diet, depending on what stage you're in. So things like a little bit of sweet potato, some squash, a little bit of corn, beans -- those kind of starchier vegetable foods are okay to eat. And of course, introducing and eating your olive oil, your nuts, your seeds, avocados -- all those things that promote a healthy cardiovascular system are included in the South Beach Diet. This is Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida.
