"Hi, this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution Incorporated in South Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about what is vitamin B5? Now, B5 is one of the B vitamins, and this is a B complex that contains all the different B vitamins. B5 is specifically referred to as pantothenic acid, and all the B vitamins tend to work together in the body. However, each B vitamin has some very specific roles. So B5, otherwise known as pantothenic acid, is really, really involved in adrenal function, and your adrenal functions are the two little glands that sit above your kidneys or your renal...your renals. And they actually help support your kidneys. They work on producing your adrenaline and some of your other fight-or-flight hormones needed for stress. So when you're a very stressed person, then you run through your adrenal hormones quicker and you definitely need to supplement with additional B5 or pantothenic acid. This is Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida."
