Hi this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution Incorporated in South Beach, Florida. In this clip we are talking about the health benefits of taking fish oil and I cannot stress enough how wonderful and how healthy it is to add a high quality fish oil to your daily regimen so fish oil is actually contained in and here I have some here these are healthy mercury free PCB and lead free fish oils which is very very important since we know that fish tend to be contaminated these days and we need to look for brands that don't have any mercury. They are actually testing their fish oils every batch that they produce. But some of the benefits of fish oils are that they contain Omega three fatty acids which as a whole we are very deficient in as a culture and those Omega three fatty acids are used primarily for two major functions, one is for your brain for your brain cells themselves. They make up the receptor sites in the brain that help to receive the neurotransmitters that help us to feel happy, have memory, go to sleep at night all these essential functions and the other major function of Omega threes is to reduce inflammation in the body.
