Hi, this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution Inc. in South Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about low carb fast food options and so I'm very well aware that we are all busy, busy people; we've got lots going on; we need our food to be quick; we need it to be healthy and we need it to taste good. And so I'm here to present you with some healthy fast food options. If we're talking about eating on the run in terms of stopping at a fast food place, believe it or not, there actually are some low carb fast food options and you may have to create them to be innovative if you had a place that doesn't offer a low carb menu; however it's very easy to do. All you need to do is order something like a grilled chicken or grilled fish sandwich, remove the bread and eat the insides. Pair it up with something like a nice salad, no cro?tons, no wanton noodles, nothing like that, no, no dried sweetened cranberries and just mix your salad with your healthy protein and you're good to go. Other foods that you can use as healthy fast food options on the go are things like blueberries which are your lowest carb, one of your lowest carb fruits, nuts and seeds, even taking with you a little piece of chicken breast on the run is a wonderful healthy fast food option.
