"Hi. This is Rachael Richardson, with Nutrolution Inc., in South Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about what is trans fats? And, trans fats basically actually refers to a chemical structure of a fat, and so there's two types of fatty acids that we consume. Their either cyst fats, or trans fats. And cyst fats actually have a nice horseshoe like structure, that's the shape of the actual fatty acid in the chemical structure, the molecular structure. And trans fats are linear. So there's a line. And it makes a difference because of how the fats, the shape of the fats act in the body. Which is everything, because fats make up our cells, they make up our hormones, they make up our brain. Our brain chemistry. So it's a huge, huge issue. Trans fats basically are fats that have been processed, so they've been high, high heated and usually all kinds of other chemicals added. And they're found in, in many, many processed foods at your local grocery store. We're learning that we can't have them, and some companies are baning trans fats and replacing them with healthier fats, and this is what I recommend. And just so you know, none of the foods on this table behind me have any trans fats at all. This is Rachael with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida."
