Hi this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution Incorporated in South Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about natural colon cleansing foods. And so these days it seems like everybody wants to be on a colon cleanse or has just finished a colon cleanse or is in the process of it. And the reason why we have to cleanse is because we go through so many weeks and months and even years of just toxifying our bodies without ever getting rid of the different toxic buildup that occurs in our intestines or our colon. So there's different ways to approach it, you can go with a kind of a drastic colon cleanse, once a year to kind of cleanse out what's going on or you can include naturally colon cleansing foods everyday which is what I personally do for myself and what I recommend that you do. So one food that I love that I eat every single day is a nice big romaine lettuce salad and this is an awesome, awesome colon cleansing food, as you can see there's a lot of ruffage here and you can cut up and make an entire plate as a matter of fact I recommend having a big salad at least once a day to help continue to cleanse your colon.
