"Hi, this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution Inc. in South Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about, how can you improve your HDL. So first let's start by finding out what's HDL. HDL is part of your total cholesterol level, it's your high density lipo proteins, which are your good cholesterol, and this is the part that you want to increase, while the LDL you want to decrease. So a couple of tips that you can use to help improve your HDL is, first of all using more healthy fats like olive oil, this is a great one. And you can use this in your eggs, you can use this in any of your food, cooking your vegetables, you can use it on your salads, you can use it really pretty much anywhere that you'd enjoy it. So this is a great thing to use to increase your HDL. Other things that you can do is increasing your exercise, which is proven to increase HDL levels. And actually a couple foods that sometimes are on the off list, including red wine have also been shown to improve HDL levels. This is Rachael with Nutrolution in South Beach, Florida."
