"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to show you the Excel chart wizard. Let's go to Excel on our compute by clicking on the Start button, go to all programs, let's find Microsoft Office, I'm just going to launch Office Excel. Now I'm going to type in some data into this spreadsheet that we're going to create a chart out of. I'm going to say employee and let's just go with sales. Let's type in some of our employees and let's say David did 150 sales, make it 160 and Billy had a bad month with only 75. So what we're going to do is we're going to take this data and we're going to actually insert a chart with it. Maximize here. Let's first select the data that we want to make a chart of, I just held my mouse over it and selected all of those rows and columns. We're going to go to Insert and then under charts, let's just do a column chart and we're going to select a 2d column chart. Now as you can see, this 2d column chart has automatically been created for us using Excel's easily, easy to access and built in charting wizard. It's that easy to create a chart in Microsoft Excel. My name is Dave Andrews and I've just showed you how to use Excel's chart wizard."
