Sell an HP Laptop

"Hi, name is Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to show you how to sell and HP laptop. We're going to see our HP laptop here on a website called craigslist, which is a national classifieds website that's free to use. Let's go to our computer. I'm going to click on the start button, let's go to the internet, and we want to go to craigslist.org, which is www.craigslist.org. Now, craigslist initially comes up with a list of cities and states for servers you can access. I'm in Tennessee, so I'm going to click on Tennessee, and I'm in the Nashville area, so I'm going to click on Nashville. This takes me to the Nashville craigslist area where I can post classifieds for free. Let's go to the for sale area and click on computer. Now, I want to create a new post, so over here on the right, I'm going to click on the word "post". It gives you a few little tips, specifically it's telling you it's good to deal locally with buyer's, as opposed to somebody from another state, or somebody wanting you to go ahead and send the item and they'll pay you later. You've got to watch out for things like that, only deal with people you can meet and talk to and see. So I'm going to scroll down, I'm going to put this in the "for sale" area. Well, it defaulted to "for sale", so let's click on "computers and tech", and we give it a title. I'm just going to say HP Laptop, and I'm going to sell this laptop for five hundred dollars. I'm going to sell it in Nashville. Here's where you post a little description of your laptop. Less than a year old, great condition, fast processor. Just, you know, you want to be a little more wordy than I've just been, but you want to give some information that would make somebody want to buy your laptop. And I'd suggest, too, that you put your phone number. Remember, you only want to deal with people locally, I know they have the option to email you, but give your phone number as well. Type in your email address, and if you have any pictures, you want to click on "add/edit images", and when you're done, just click on continue. That will post your laptop on craigslist for sale.
