It is also possible to do it yourself manually at least for certain types of Spyware. To start removing Adware, simply go to the start menu. And then to the control panel. Once in the Control Panel, search for the add or Remove Programs icon. And double click on it. Now wait for the list of all your programs to load. This may take about a minute. Once you have the full list in front of your eyes. Scan through it and see if you see any suspicious looking programs. If you have a doubt about one of them. You can simply search for its name on the Internet. And find out if it is indeed Adware or not. Anything that you find that's Adware. You should immediately remove by selecting it. And clicking on the Remove button."
