"Hi, I am Noah. And I am going to show you how to reboot a PC. Normally to reboot your computer, you can simply go to the start menu and select shut down. Then however from the shut down menu, instead of normally selecting shut down, you can scroll down and select restart. This will reboot your computer. However in some cases if your computer freezes for example you might not be able to access your start menu correctly. In this case you can try to press the control alt and delete keys of your keyboard simultaneously. This will open the Windows security menu, where you can also select shut down. Here as before you can simply scroll down and select restart. Finally if all else fails, you can use as a last resort simply pressing the power button on the outside of your computer until your computer shuts down. Then just wait a few seconds and press it once more to restart your computer."
