"Now, I would like to take a minute to talk about paintball sniper guns. First, the idea of a sniper gun in paintball is almost irrelevant as there is no guarantee that any paintball is going to fly truly straight. There are some things you can do, however, to vastly increase your accuracy while shooting paintballs. First, consider buying a paint that's more expensive and considered high-end. The, uh, manufacturing tolerances are better, you get a more round ball and they tend to fly a little straighter. Next, match your barrel to the size of the paint you are using. You can do this by purchasing upgraded barrels that are available in a multitude of barrel sizes and lengths. They will, very greatly, increase your accuracy with little effort. Next, consider purchasing a paintball gun that you have researched and found out is a more accurate paintball gun. As paintball guns have different operating systems, it causes them to be more accurate or less accurate. Some paintball guns are built with the idea of being a sniper gun already. If this is what you want, I would go ahead buy one. But some people don't just use their paintball guns for sniping. So, what they would do, is take their existing gun and buy the barrel kit for it. And that would be the idea behind sniping in paintball."
