Hi, I'm Rachael Richardson, with Nutrolution, in South Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about low carbohydrate fat fighting foods. And so, one food that I personally love. That's a low carbohydrate food, is a tomato. And I feel like you can do lots of different things with the tomato. I've also got with me an avocado. And one thing that this would be, putting these two together with some herbs and some garlic. And olive oil and some Balsamic vinegar or lime juice. Would be a wonderful, low carb, fat fighting snack. Ideally we would be combining some healthy carbohydrates. Which tomato represents. And other healthy carbohydrates would be other vegetables like lettuce and spinach and broccoli. Also fruits as well are healthy carbohydrates. But ideally we would be combining carbohydrates with a healthy fat. Such as avocado and olive oil. Either or, or both. And then also some healthy protein. So putting these together and then adding some diced chicken, diced turkey or shrimp. Would be the perfect fat fighting, low carbohydrate meal.
