Hi. I'm Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about the benefits of eating bananas. I love bananas because they are a very very nutritious food. They're easy to take with you and you can even, you know actually today I found them at the market hanging on a little tree that they had created in the Latin American market that I was at. I recommend eating smaller bananas like these, right here, or eating only half of a banana when you do consume one, for most people. If you are an athlete and you're a big guy, for instance, and you need more carbohydrates, a whole banana is fine, but for most of us women and for smaller guys or people that don't exercise as much, getting only half a banana at one time is what I recommend, and it has to do with the high carbohydrate content in bananas. Setting that stuff aside though, bananas are an excellent food to help get you some more minerals, get you some quick energy and get you something natural filled with enzymes.
