Training, cross cultural training, it's a little bit different then some of the training they're doing commonly. It is now a very common practice in all of the colleges to use cross cultural training. The difference is because of our culture that we live in now, with just so many people, so many ethnicities, so many languages spoken, just so many people working in our companies, we need to be versed on the cross cultural effects of working with different races and different ethnicities. We need to be aware of what the language barriers are, what the cultural barriers are, what the diets are, many, many different things in a cultural cross cultural training. Some of the formal training could be done at your universities and your colleges and your junior colleges and a lot of companies and organizations offer their own cross cultural training. But it's very wise for any company to make sure that they have cross cultural training and that their concerned about the issues with cross cultural training.
