"Hi, I'm Kelly, I'm an aesthetician and makeup artist at Ulta Salon & Cosmetics, and I'm going to give you some really good home acne remedies. First thing you want to do is make sure that you're eating a really healthy diet. That's one of the easiest things that you can do at home to make sure that you're keeping your skin really nice and clean. The healthier you eat, the better that your body and your skin will function as well. Another thing that you can do is to make sure that you get really, really good sleep. If you get your eight hours a day, your body's going to function better and in turn your skin will function better, and look better. Another thing that you could do is actually brew some green tea, and wash your face with green tea. That's a really good acne remedy. It's very detoxifying, helps to actually pull a lot of impurities out of the skin. Another thing that you could do is actually get some clay and make yourself a mask of clay. Clay is a really great drawing agent, helps to pull impurities out of the pores, helps to declog and decongest any acne. That's a really good home remedy that you can do too. Anything with zinc, if you have any zinc based products at home, you can use that as a blemish treatment. Zinc is really good at helping to clear up blemishes. So those are some at home remedies that you can do to help to treat acne."
