The first thing that you want to do to ensure healthy skin is to eat a healthy diet. The healthier you eat, the healthier your skin's going to look because the healthier your body's going to function. The next thing that you can do is to make sure that you get plenty of rest. A well-rested body can function better and, therefore, your skin will function better and look better. Another thing that you can do is to actually cleanse with green tea. That's a really great detoxifying agent for the skin. It helps to basically smooth the overall appearance of the skin and purge any impurities out of the pores, so that's going to give you a really nice, healthy, glowing look. You can also, if you have a tendency to have a lot of clogging, you can also do a clay-based mask, and that will help to pull any impurities out of the pores, too. Another thing that you can do is to actually -- if you have a tendency to suffer from decongestion around the eye or anything like that -- you can use cucumber or chamomile as well.
