"Hi, I'm Kelli, I'm an aesthetician and makeup artist at Ulta Salon & Cosmetics, and I'm going to tell you the easiest way to get baby soft skin. The easiest way to get baby soft skin is to either go to your dermatologist, your aesthetician, or you can even actually get one and do it at home, and to get a facial peel. Basically your facial peels are alphahydroxy based, which is your salicylic, your lactic... excuse me, not salicylic... glycolic or your lactic acids. And basically, what those do is they penetrate deeper down into the skin, help to bring damaged skin cells to the surface, exfoliate and get rid of them, revealing your healthy newer skin underneath. So, for instance, this is a peel form. So you're just going to spread this on, and you would let it sit and activate for a few minutes, depending on what the type of peel is. So you're going to let it sit and basically what it's doing is it's penetrating into the skin, it's helping to bring damaged skin cells to the surface, slough them off, get rid of those, digest the dead skin cells, and it's going to reveal healthy new skin, it's going to give you a more even tone. It helps with any discolorations, and it also helps with lines and wrinkles. But that's the easiest way to get yourself really soft skin, is to do a really nice facial peel and bring that healthy skin cells to the surface."
