"Hi, I'm Kelly, I'm an aesthetician and makeup artist at Ulta Salon & Cosmetics, and I'm going to tell you how you can remove blemishes. The first thing that you want to remember is you want to keep your skin really nice and clean, and use antibacterial products. That's going to help to keep the bacteria down, keep the pores from being clogged and infected with the bacteria. The next thing that you want to do is use some sort of acne treatment. This is an exfoliating acne treatment. It's a one percent salicylic acid. It's going to help to keep the pore really nice and clean. It's going to remove and dirt and debris, and it's also going to treat any inflammation. Now if you're wanting to remove the blemish, the easiest thing that you can do is, once it's ready to be removed, you can steam the face, and actually go in with either some Q-tips, and actually squeeze the blemish and just kind of wiggle, or you can actually use a blemish extractor, which is basically a little metal device with a loop on the end that you can actually press around the blemish and it'll pop out the infection. So those are some things that you can do to remove a blemish."
