"Hi, my name's Mark, and we're going to look at how to write an evaluation process form. This is something that, obviously, you need to do with your employees or your...or your colleagues or even your suppliers on the basis of performance and what's expected by you, the organization, in terms of performance in the workload. Now, there are many forms available, but fundamentally, this is an agreement between you and the service provider that they are fulfilling what is required, what you're paying them for, and they're aware of the steps they need to take. So this needs to be an agreement in writing that you both are happy with before you commence work together. And then -- and this is the point -- after a period of time, whether it be three months as a trial period or a six-month evaluation of that period of time that you've been working together. Or it could be an annual review where you are looking at the work that's being done and both...from both perspectives that you're both happy to continue. If so, that's great. If not, maybe there will be certain points in that agreement that need to be focused on and reevaluated together. And from those points, you will make them into a new list of things to be done in the forthcoming period to be improved upon, developed, and then reevaluated again in a given period of time."
