OK so what is the preferred stock list? Well there isn't a specific list per se that I can give you a name or an address for, but there is, there are many lists available both online and through the brokerage houses and really most of the big companies out there that issue any sort of debt instrument, any kind of bond, will also issue a preferred share. That is a debt instrument in itself and it's something that if you're looking for that, you'll look at it for a derivation of the stock listing itself. So look at the initial stocks that maybe you're interesting in in investing in and then see if they've got a preferred share that correlates with the same company. If not, I would investigate probably most conveniently on the Internet and just research that, there are many different lists, there are many different people offering different lists of different stock. I have yet to find one that lists all of the preferred shares and as preferred shares are being issued and taken off the market, it's hard to find a list that's going to give you everything in one big chunk so it will take some research.
