How to Invest in Mutual Funds From India

"Alright so to invest in mutual funds from India. Really when you're going to do some investing in a foreign market mutual fund, India specifically, you're going to look for a mutual fund that has Indian companies or the country maybe a national index that they're tracking in the prospectus. So look at a mutual fund prospectus, look at the countries and companies that are being invested and look for India and that's selection that will give you a whole host of mutual funds to pick from because there's many. Most of those funds will be either a developing market, developing country, emerging markets in other phrasing but again look in the prospectus and that will give you your answer. And if you are actually interested in investing in mutual funds that are administered in India and traded on an exchange in Asia, then you need to basically do your business there. Find a broker who can do the trades for you in that country."
