"Hi, I'm Noah and I'm going to show you how you can send mass e-mail from Outlook. This is very practical if you want to send an e-mail to lots of people from your address book because otherwise, you'd have to simply copy and paste the same text into several different messages and send them one by one. Simply start by opening Outlook and opening your address book. Once your address book is open, simply select all the contacts that you'd like to send the e-mail to. You can either do this by selecting shift while you select two different en...entries and it will highlight all the entries in between those two, or if you hold the control key down, you can just select single entries, which aren't necessarily grouped. Now once you've selected all the entries that you'd like to send the mass e-mail to, simply go to action and then send send mail. This will open the normal e-mail box so you can type your message and send it as you normally would."
