Most of these programs, you'll have to pay a small rate to call. But a lot of them include some free trail calls. When you first download the program. So you can try it out. Once you install the program. Simply open it and in the dial pad. To make an international call, either type 00 or plus. Instead of the 00. Then your, the country's area code, which you'd like to call. For example, 33 for France. And then the number. Then just click on the green button. And your call will be made.
