"Hi, I'm Noah. And I'm going to show you how to make international phone calls. Using your computer to make these long distance calls is often a much cheaper alternative. To using the land line. To start making free calls, you'll need a Voice Over IP program. Most well known is Skype. But there are lots of alternatives. Such as VOIP Stunt or VOIP Wise, just to name a few. Most of these programs, you'll have to pay a small rate to call. But a lot of them include some free trail calls. When you first download the program. So you can try it out. Once you install the program. Simply open it and in the dial pad. To make an international call, either type 00 or plus. Instead of the 00. Then your, the country's area code, which you'd like to call. For example, 33 for France. And then the number. Then just click on the green button. And your call will be made. Also make sure that you have a headset plugged in."
