"Hi, my name is Raphael Perrier, I'm from Kahwa Coffee Roasting, and I'm here to talk to you about how to select your coffee beans for your coffee shop. Selecting your coffee beans for your coffee shop is actually the most important thing in opening your coffee shop. You have to try the coffee that you're going to serve. You have to make sure the coffee is good enough for you first, and then see if people....how people react to your coffee. You have to be attentive...pay attention to a lot of what your customers is feeling, what they want. You have different kind of coffees. You have single origin coffee, you have blends, you have a lot of variety out there. You have the flavored coffee, you have a lot of things that are on the market right now. My advice to everybody is just try the coffee and see what really fits your taste, and if it fits your taste, then you'll have more facility to sell it, because you'll be proud of it. You'll really want to make people enjoy your coffee. A tricky thing is not to have your coffee roasted too dark. That's one of the key in selecting your coffee. You don't want your coffee to be too dark. The darker the coffee, the more bitterness you're going to get out of the coffee. An espresso blend should be a medium roast, a drip coffee should be a little bit darker, but not too dark. So, you pay attention to, really, how to pick your coffee beans when you open your coffee shop. I'm Raphael, and I just talked to you about how to select your beans when you open a coffee shop."
