My name is Christine Marquette and I'm a registered and licensed dietitian with Marquette Nutrition and Fitness and I have been asked about the benefits of Vitamin O. Now there really isn't such a thing as Vitamin O. Vitamin O was manufactured by a group and when it was analyzed it was found that it really was just salt water and germanium so it really doesn't have any particular health benefits in fact the company that was manufacturing this particular supplement was basically sued by the FDC and required to stop making claims that this particular vitamin had any type of health benefit because nothing could actually be proven on it so this particular vitamin you really can't find on the market these days. It was very popular in the 90's. It was manufactured by a company called Rose Creek, however, again you can't really find it locally, you may be able to find it on the internet but it truly does not have any health benefits.
