Hi I'm going to talk to you about signs and symptoms of pulmonary hypertension. It involves where some do not present with any type of symptoms, others might present with shortness of breath, cough, tired, dizzy and lethargy. The right heart failure could develop from hypertension, hyper pulmonary tension because of the right heart failure. You are going to have increased fluid in the legs. You could have chest pain and the respiratory rate will increase and decreased oxygens levels. You will have it when the doctor listens to auscultation to the chest to the chest walls and listen to the lungs you will have excursion of the chest wall and the right ventricular heave is what it is listening to and so he is looking and listening for a lot of things with these types of symptoms. So what I have talked to you today about just briefly is pulmonary hypertension.
