"Hello. My name is Dr. Carol Clark. I'm a licensed mental health counselor and sex therapist, here in Miami, Florida. In this clip, we're going to talk about how to increase your chances of getting pregnant. First, relax. The more you think about it and obsess about it, the more stressed you are and the less likely you are to get pregnant. Then, make sure that you're living a healthy lifestyle. Eat right, take your vitamins, take a good variety of vitamins so you're getting everything you need so that your body is healthy, and ready to have a baby. Then, don't have quite so much sex. Pay attention to your cycle, and have sex when you're most likely to be ovulating and in your fertile period. And for the male partner in your life, make sure that he's not having too much sex. Because, if he's ejaculating too often, than it will thin down the amount of sperm in the ejaculate. So actually, a little bit less, is going to increase your chances. Once again, this is Dr. Carol Clark in Miami, Florida."
