Video Transcript

"Hello. My name is Dr. Carol Clark. I'm a licensed mental health counselor and sex therapist, here in Miami, Florida. In this clip, we're going to talk about how to raise libido. Libido is sex drive. How much sex you want. And how do you raise that? Well, you can raise that by doing more activities with your partner that increase intimacy in other ways. Have fun with sex, feel close to your partner. You can also take certain herbs and vitamins. So, L-Arginine, Gingko Biloba, Ginseng, those are all herbs and vitamins that you can take that will help your libido. Because they help you feel better in general. When we're feeling healthy, than we're going to do healthy activities. And sex is definitely a healthy activity. You can also masturbate more often. When you masturbate, than you increase your interest in sex, you get all those nerves going, and basically we go by the saying, use it or loose it. So the more you use it, the more you'll have it. Once again, this is Dr. Carol Clark, in Miami, Florida."
