How much sex you want. And how do you raise that? Well, you can raise that by doing more activities with your partner that increase intimacy in other ways. Have fun with sex, feel close to your partner. You can also take certain herbs and vitamins. So, L-Arginine, Gingko Biloba, Ginseng, those are all herbs and vitamins that you can take that will help your libido. Because they help you feel better in general.
